New construction theft is at an all time high. Builders are continuously being frustrated by theft of their construction materials and landlords are having their empty properties vandalized.. The all new JDS2 Jobsite Deterrent System is a compact, self-contained unit that is highly effective in deterring theft by even the most shrewd thief! After a home has been framed, and the JDS2 has been armed and put into place, your site will then begin deterring intruders. It will detect their presence and sound an ear-piercing siren and flash red and blue strobes. The GSM version will send you text messages whenever the alarm is tripped and then a phone call from dispatch if the proper disarm code has not been entered. The JDS2 can be disarmed during construction times and re-armed after sub-contractors have left for the day.
